Terms and Conditions

Your use of Kitabullah Learn services is governed by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”). These terms apply to your access and use of our website and any related sites and services.

ADMISSION & REGISTRATION

  1. Admission decisions are based on the information you provide in your application. If we find false information or omissions, we may disqualify your application or suspend you from applying again. Correct information can still lead to denial based on our Board's decision.

  2. Admission confirmation reserves your seat. Value this opportunity and use it wisely to learn the Qur'an.

FEES & PAYMENTS

  1. All fees are non-refundable. This includes course and application fees.

  2. Payments are non-refundable even if you leave the course mid-way. Monthly payment plans minimize loss if you decide to leave.

  3. Kitabullah Learn can increase fees with one month’s notice. This is to cover rising expenses.

  4. Pay monthly fees by the 10th of each month. Late payments may result in cancellation without notice.

  5. Notify us at least one week before the end of the month if you plan to leave. Failure to notify means you must pay the next month’s fee.

  6. Pay monthly fees even during temporary breaks to keep your reserved seat.

  7. Scholarships follow specific rules and can be revoked if Kitabullah Learn's financial condition changes. Scholarships prioritize new Muslims and reverts.

ATTENDANCE

Maintain at least 80% attendance each month. Poor attendance can lead to admission revocation unless you have special permission.

COMMUNICATIONS

We communicate mainly through email. Use "students@kitabullahlearn.com" for inquiries. Phone and WhatsApp are for limited purposes, like new registrations. Queries through other channels may not be addressed.

CLASS CANCELLATION OR COMPENSATION

If you miss a class due to personal reasons (e.g., illness, technical issues), it will not be compensated. If a class is missed due to our fault, we will reschedule it. Connection issues are usually on the student’s side and will not be compensated.

COPYRIGHT

All website content is owned by Kitabullah Learn or its affiliates and is protected by copyright laws. Course materials are for personal use only and must not be distributed.

TRADEMARK

Kitabullah Learn’s trademarks cannot be used in a way that causes confusion or discredits our services.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Keep passwords, study links, course content, videos, and lecture audios confidential. Do not share them without permission.

STAFF COMMUNICATION

Do not directly communicate with staff members, except the Administrator. Report any inappropriate contact immediately. Verified reports will result in free classes for the reporting student.

RECORDS & ARCHIVES

We are not responsible for maintaining or returning any information submitted during registration or admission. Important documents will be held as necessary.

TERMINATION

We can terminate your access to the Sites and Services without notice and at our discretion.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site. Continued use of the Sites or Services means you accept the new terms. Review the Site regularly for updates.

DISPUTES

Any disputes during your study are subject to the final decision of Kitabullah Learn’s Board.
